The facilities consist of a large 3 story Victorian home, the Wanamaker Cottage - built in 1875, which has 13 bedrooms (some with an ocean view), and an adjacent house which has 7 bedrooms.

Accommodations for up to 53 persons, depending on the age and gender make-up of the group The 20 bedrooms all contain twin beds; 12 with two beds, 7 with three beds, and 1 with four beds. There are also 4 rollaway beds that can be placed in several of the rooms.

There are 4 large bathrooms (shared). Each contains enclosed toilets and showers for individual privacy. There is also one outside shower that can be used in the summer.

A large Chapel/Presentation Room is on the second floor of the smaller house is used for Mass, meetings, presentations, etc.

Also on the second floor of the smaller house is a small Eucharistic Chapel.

The dining area and the kitchen are located in the main house.

Also in the main house is a large parlor/living room with comfortable chairs, couches and a small stage for variety/skit type shows.

Throughout the house there are 4 Small Group Meeting Rooms

There is a large wrap-around porch on the outside of the main building. In season there are approximately 20-30 large rocking chairs, benches and seats on the porch.
