Traveling to Cape May should take approximately 3-3.5 hours from the George Washington Bridge.

 Go over the GW Bridge to the New Jersey Turnpike - South (DO NOT follow the signs for the Garden State Parkway (GSP) that appear as soon as you come over the bridge) take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 11 - The Garden State Parkway Exit.

Take the Garden State Parkway South all the way to the end.

As the GSP ends continue on straight toward the bridge as you cross the bridge you will be entering Cape May City (you will automatically be on Lafayette St. Stay on Lafayette until you come to the end (Collier's Liquor Store will be directly in front of you). Make a right and follow that street around through 2 lights - after passing the second the second light you will be on Sunset Blvd. Take Sunset Blvd. for approximately 2.5 miles; you will see a Route 651 Sign and 2 white pillars on the left - make a left onto 651 (Cape Ave.) Proceed straight to the circle - make a right around the circle making a right onto Cape Ave. Proceed one block - make first left onto Yale Ave (note:  the street sign on the right side of the street reads Pearl Ave - Yale Ave. is to the left).
